Cartmell & Cartmell Communications started in Gauteng, South Africa in 2002 with the introduction of the first CMS (Content Management System) “Mambo”. Today we provide an ease-of-use framework like Joomla or WordPress that allows our clients to add, edit posts, and arrange content the way they do without having to be a web developer.
